Help: Rainmeter Skins • Laptop Battery Warning

First time user of Rainmeter. I needed a Battery meter for my laptop which I found that fitted in with my current theme. The one thing it don't have is a warning when the battery is down to 20%. So what I am after is for it to be modified so that when the battery reaches 20% it makes a sound (once) as a notification. If possible also when it reaches 80% when charging.
There are 365 lines of code and did not know if I should post it all.
